As we grow our digital presence and community engagement, we&rsquo;re looking for a creative storyteller who can bring the Mils experience to life online &mdash; one post, one reel, and one sip at a time.Role Overview:The Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and publishing engaging digital content that reflects the Mils Caf&eacute; brand identity and drives both walk-in traffic and online engagement. This includes social media posts, reels, photos, videos, and stories aligned with seasonal campaigns, food trends, and caf&eacute; experiences.Key Responsibilities:Content Planning &amp; Creation<ul><li>Develop creative content ideas and storytelling concepts for Mils Caf&eacute;&rsquo;s social media, website, and digital ads.</li><li>Plan, photoshoot, and edit photos and videos of menu items, behind-the-scenes moments, customer experiences, and caf&eacute; ambience.</li><li>Produce engaging Reels (including cinematic) and short-form videos aligned with current trends while maintaining brand tone.</li><li>Write captions, taglines, and post copy consistent with Mils Caf&eacute;&rsquo;s voice.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Brand Growth<ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Engage with online followers through comments, DMs, and reposting user-generated content.</li><li>Support influencer collaborations, events, and brand partnerships by producing supporting content.</li></ul>Editing &amp; Design<ul><li>Edit photos and videos for social media using tools like Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut (or similar). Knowledge of Ai, PS is must</li><li>Creating &amp; editing posters &amp; reels with graphic content. Knowledge on VFS is plus point</li><li>Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and logo placement.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Trends<ul><li>Stay up to date on digital trends, viral sounds, and caf&eacute;/food aesthetics.</li><li>Track post performance and share insights to improve engagement and reach.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a content creator, social media executive, or digital marketer, preferably in F&amp;B or lifestyle brands.</li><li>Strong photo and video editing skills (using mobile or desktop tools).</li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.</li><li>Ability to work independently and on-site at the caf&eacute; during content shoots.</li></ul>Personality Fit:<ul><li>Passionate about food, coffee, and caf&eacute; culture.</li><li>Trend-aware and creatively expressive.</li><li>Detail-oriented, with an eye for visual aesthetics.</li><li>Proactive and enthusiastic about growing Mils Caf&eacute;&rsquo;s online community.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to grow with a rising caf&eacute; brand in Dubai.</li><li>Creative freedom to experiment and innovate.</li><li>Supportive, fun, and collaborative caf&eacute; environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and incentives based on content performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have knowledge or experience on Cafe / Restaurant digital marketing skills?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital Content Creating: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
