<div>Your Role:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with HR initiatives in designated business units. The position acts as a strategic partner to create bridges between business units and HR while implementing HR programs and processes across the region through partnerships with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning &amp; Development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide guidance and input on departmental or business restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.</li>
<li>Collaborate with managers and L&amp;D to identify needed training opportunities for employees with a focus on future skillsets.</li>
<li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting proactive investigations and working with managers on conflict resolutions. Advise on disciplinary actions, as needed.</li>
<li>Partner with managers to create employee retention plans and proactively respond to voluntary termination trends to ensure that key talent is retained.</li>
<li>Support the employee performance evaluation process and partner with management to ensure that all employees are provided clear and consistent feedback on performance; provide performance improvement recommendations and/or training where growth opportunities exist for employees to develop additional job skills.</li>
<li>Ensure new hire success by partnering with managers to plan proper onboarding activities.</li>
<li>Work with managers on updating and revising jobs in order to maximize employee input toward company goals. Revise job descriptions and job titles, as needed.</li>
<li>Understand, recommend and implement Human Resources policies and procedures. Partner with employees and management to communicate these policies, procedures as well as laws, standards and government regulations.</li>
<li>Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure that the right talent is being interviewed and integrated correctly into the organization.</li>
<li>Work in collaboration with all parts of the Human Resources team to integrate and deliver outstanding HR services to the business.</li>
<li>Influence and guide change throughout the organization. Coach managers to be more effective people leaders.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (required) or master&rsquo;s degree (preferred) in in business, human resources, or a related degree; a minimum of 5 years of progressive and relevant experience in human resources; Multiple location experience preferred.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong communicator, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization. Able to influence leaders to arrive at the correct conclusion. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate change. Leverages data to drive decisions. Shows accountability and acts with the strictest of confidentiality.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Must have ability to handle more than one task at a time and must work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail.

Working Environment:

Each person performing this job must have a home office environment, which is temperature controlled.

The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between$103,936 - $122,206/year, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
