Pay range:</b> $28.00 -$34.00 per hour based on experience.</div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Master the Machines: Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental and customer heavy equipment with precision and expertise.</li><li>
Lead and Train: Share your knowledge by training other technicians on repairs, maintenance, and system diagnostics.</li><li>
Be the Go-To Expert: Travel to customer jobsites to provide top-notch repair and maintenance services.</li><li>
Stay Organized: Complete work orders and service documentation accurately and on time.</li><li>
Customer Interaction: Work directly with customers and vendors to diagnose and repair heavy equipment, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What We're Looking For:</b></div><ul><li>
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with construction or heavy machinery, including hydraulics, electric systems, and diesel engines.</li><li>
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess, question, evaluate, and report on equipment performance.</li><li>
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>
Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.</li><li>
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technology (cell phones, iPads, CRM, etc.).</li><li>
Eager to Learn: A hunger for knowledge and the ability to apply new skills.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.</li><li>
Experience as a rental equipment technician or a similar role in the repair industry is preferred.</li><li>
Strong mechanical aptitude.</li><li>
Valid medical card or ability to pass a DOT physical exam.</li><li>
Valid driver's license.</li><li>
Must have your own tools.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Physical Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.</li><li>
Capability to sit and stand for long periods with frequent bending.</li><li>
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
