Your Mission</h3>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise to build and scale the programs that fuel Mimica&rsquo;s pipeline. You&rsquo;ll own how enterprise buyers discover us, engage with us, and move through the funnel &mdash; designing campaigns and nurturing motions that turn interest into qualified opportunities. Your work will directly shape our revenue engine and accelerate our go-to-market momentum.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Part of your day-to-day</h3><ul><li>
Design and run multi-channel demand programs &mdash; email, paid social, retargeting, SEO, ABM, events, and partnerships &mdash; focused on generating qualified enterprise pipeline.</li><li>
Build and optimize lead nurture journeys that increase engagement, improve conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles.</li><li>
Partner with Sales to define ICPs, align on messaging, support SDR and AE motions, and ensure high-quality handoffs.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Content Manager to ensure campaigns are supported with compelling assets &mdash; landing pages, case studies, guides, webinars, and thought leadership.</li><li>
Manage website and landing page performance, running experiments to improve conversion rates and lead capture.</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance &mdash; channel effectiveness, campaign ROI, CAC efficiency &mdash; and iterate based on data.</li><li>
Support execution of enterprise-facing events such as webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences that generate awareness and pipeline.</li><li>
Run targeted account-based initiatives, activating priority accounts with personalized campaigns and outbound support.</li><li>
Continuously explore new channels and tactics to expand our reach and improve pipeline velocity.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you will bring</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in demand generation or growth marketing for Enterprise B2B SaaS.</li><li>Track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, attribution, experimentation, and ROI analysis.</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (we use HubSpot).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition (LinkedIn + Google), email nurtures, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Sales and Product Marketing.</li><li>Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced startup environment.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Part of your day-to-day</h3><ul><li>
Plan and manage Mimica&rsquo;s content calendar, owning the strategy and execution of blogs, guides, case studies, and whitepapers.</li><li>
Write and edit high-quality content that simplifies technical topics into relatable, value-driven stories.</li><li>
Stay plugged into the broader AI and automation landscape, identifying timely opportunities to join industry conversations and create reactive content when it matters.</li><li>
Collaborate with demand generation to develop gated content, landing pages, and nurture flows that drive measurable pipeline impact.</li><li>
Partner with sales and product marketing to create enablement materials that help our team communicate Mimica&rsquo;s value clearly and persuasively.</li><li>
Research and interview customers, partners, and internal experts to produce case studies and thought leadership.</li><li>
Repurpose and distribute content across channels &mdash; social, newsletter, video, webinars &mdash; optimizing for reach and engagement.</li><li>
Track content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use insights to refine the strategy.</li><li>
Uphold a high editorial standard and ensure our brand voice is consistent, credible, and human across every touchpoint.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you will bring</h3><ul><li>
Proven experience in B2B SaaS or tech storytelling, ideally within AI, automation, or enterprise software.</li><li>
Exceptional writing and editing skills &mdash; clear, structured, and creative &mdash; with an eye for simplifying complex topics.</li><li>
Strong grasp of SEO, content distribution, and audience development best practices.</li><li>
Curiosity and awareness of the AI and enterprise tech landscape, with the ability to spot trending conversations and quickly create or shape content around them.</li><li>
Ability to translate a single idea into multiple formats &mdash; long-form, short-form, and multimedia (including video and social).</li><li>
Solid project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.</li><li>

Your Mission</h3>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Designer &mdash; a hybrid of graphic designer and illustrator &mdash; to help bring our brand to life across every channel. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in our rebrand and ongoing visual evolution, creating materials that make complex ideas feel simple, elegant, and human.
This is a 3-month fixed-term contract.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Part of your day-to-day</h3><ul><li>
Support the expansion of our brand by creating illustrations that simplify complex concepts into sleek, accessible visuals.</li><li>
Design templates and visuals for sales and marketing use &mdash; including slide decks, one-pagers, webinars, booth graphics, paid ads, and social media content.</li><li>
Develop product marketing materials that convey the value of our SaaS solutions clearly and compellingly.</li><li>
Help execute our rebrand effort, creating and updating assets like email signatures, business cards, and letterhead.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels and touchpoints.</li><li>
Maintain organized design systems and files to support scalability and brand alignment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you will bring</h3><ul><li>
Strong graphic and layout design skills with a refined sense of typography, hierarchy, and visual balance.</li><li>
Demonstrated illustration experience for creating custom imagery that aligns with brand tone and messaging.</li><li>
Mastery of Figma and Google Slides; familiarity with Webflow is a plus.</li><li>
Proven ability to design across digital and print, including websites, paid ads, PDFs, and event graphics.</li><li>
Previous experience in SaaS or tech environments, with a clear understanding of how design supports storytelling and demand generation.</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on clarity, craft, and consistency.</li><li>
