Greetings motion graphics designers! We&rsquo;re a small graphic design agency in need of a motion graphics designer for a variety of projects, primarily social media posts and advertisements, web projects, animated infographics and logos. You must provide a portfolio, and your portfolio should reflect these kinds of projects. Applicants without a portfolio or reel will not be considered.Specifically, we're looking for portfolios that showcase:- experience with social media posts and ads- web motion graphics, specifically infographics, charts, diagrams...etc.- experience with quick, punchy logo animations.After Effects expertise is required, as well as experience creating motion graphics for social media (LinkedIn and Instagram ideally). Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lottie/Bodymovin, Rive, SVG animation tools, or Figma is a plus.Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing.Ideally we want to give you 10-20 hours per week of work, but initially it'll be less as we grow this aspect of our business together.We&rsquo;re flexible on where you&rsquo;re located, but we want you to be available during normal business hours.Initially we're offering $40 per hour, with a raise to $45/hour within the first three months. This would be a freelance position, not an employee position. We do want you to grow in our agency, and we do offer regular raises.
