BCBA Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans</li><li>
Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs</li><li>
Conduct assessments and update goals as needed</li><li>
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams</li><li>
Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Compensation &amp; Schedule</h2><ul><li>
Full-time (30 hrs/week) or part-time available</li><li>

Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Active BCBA certification</li><li>
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain LBA before starting</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field</li><li>
Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA programming</li><li>
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li><li>
Passion for improving children&rsquo;s lives</li></ul>
