Additionally, we streamline the intake process by having clinical specialists gather patient information and conduct assessments, allowing clinicians to spend more quality time with their patients.</li><li>
We welcome new graduates and provide a collaborator at no expense to supervise clinical work and sign off on accrued clinical hours. Our model emphasizes supportive therapy and non-stimulant or non-narcotic medication management for our patients.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Your Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Completion of a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.</li><li>
Active RN license within the employed state.</li><li>
Board certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a PMHNP-BC is necessary-new graduates may apply, but cannot start until licensed.</li><li>
APN authorization to practice family health within the employed state, as approved by the Board of Nurse Examiners.</li><li>
Possess an active DEA or have an application underway. We can assist you in obtaining licensure.</li><li>
Authorization for prescription practice.</li><li>
Solid knowledge of related federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA compliance.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and patient/care delivery, along with strong leadership skills.</li><li>
Excellent ability to organize, with a team player mindset.</li><li>
Eagerness to engage with diverse groups.</li><li>
Supporter of LGBTQ+ initiatives.</li><li>

<b>
Position &amp; Schedule Type:</b></div><ul><li>
Type: Regular Full Time 4 day, 10 hour shift.</li><li>
Hours Scheduled Between: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm.</li><li>
Location: Hauppauge, NY.</li><li>
Type<b>: </b>Hybrid - (2 days remote, 2 days in office).</li></ul><div><br>

Compensation</b></div><div>
In addition to a highly competitive benefits package, Mindful Care's Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) compensation plan ranges from approximately <b>$120K to $200K+ annually</b>, consisting of a <b>base salary</b> and a <b>monthly productivity incentive</b>.</div><div></div><div><br>
The standard base salary begins at <b>$120K</b>, with the opportunity to earn up to <b>$80K annually</b> in productivity incentives (*monthly bonuses, based on utilization metrics).</div><div></div><div><br>
Most clinicians reach a total compensation of <b>$155K-$160K</b> once they achieve 55% utilization. Monthly productivity incentives are <b>guaranteed during the onboarding ramp-up period</b> to ensure financial stability as providers build their caseload.</div><div><br>
All offers to candidates will ultimately be based on that candidate's individual experience, years of prescriptive authority for psychiatric medication, and skillset.</div><div><br>
