 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js and React frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the design and development of AI-assisted systems that deliver measurable value across our products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features and functionalities, ensuring seamless integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage databases using DynamoDb and Redis, optimising data models for efficiency and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deploy applications and services on AWS, monitoring and troubleshooting as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues to maintain a reliable and secure system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing in new ideas and technologies to improve development processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and debug production issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse logs, metrics, and system behaviour to identify the root cause of issues affecting application performance or functionality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and deploy immediate fixes or workarounds to mitigate critical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid expertise in Data structures and Algorithms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong practical experience with modern AI tools, frameworks, and agent-based architectures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Node. JS and NoSQL databases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in React JS and/or React Native.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with cloud services like AWS (EC2 ECS, Cognio, SNS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently without supervision and adapt/learn new technologies quickly.
