 Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics &amp; Industrial Relations or Social Sciences from reputable universities,

 Min. 5-6 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, most of which consist of Organisational Development,

 Having active role on all HR functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning &amp; development and organizational development projects and operations,

 Contributing to design and implementation of HR transformation &amp; change management projects,

 Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, test, and maintain backend microservices and APIs for Olympos, Sybelle, and Unified Suite platforms,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Senior Developers and Architects to ensure modular, scalable, and fault-tolerant architecture,

 Implement data models, storage solutions, and caching mechanisms for high-throughput data systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate backend services with external systems (e.g., LDAP, NetBackup, Commvault, CloudStack APIs),
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure reliability and performance,
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the design of API specifications (REST, gRPC) and maintain documentation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement authentication, authorization (RBAC), and licensing microservices aligned with Unified Suite standards,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerized deployments,
 </li>

 Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and resource utilization,
 </li>

 Ensure adherence to security standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

 Qualifications:

 3&ndash;5 years of professional backend development experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Python or Go (Golang),
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with microservice architecture and API development,
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, or other relational/time-series databases,
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments,
 </li>

 Understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams) for asynchronous communication,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience integrating with identity and access management (IAM) or LDAP/AD systems,
 </li>

 Solid understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices,
 </li>

 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills,
