In over 15 years of operation, we are now running programs in 120 venues in 23 states and growing rapidly! We are seeking a fun, enthusiastic, and dynamic assistant teacher with early child education experience to join our team! We are expanding and this can lead to more work! Ultimately, a top-notch assistant instructor should be a friendly and approachable individual with a passion for teaching and excellent communication skills.Minds in Motion Assistant Instructor Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assisting the Lead Instructor with conducting hands on activities that focus on developing children's STEM knowledge and skills.</li><li>Interacting with children to provide guidance, emotional support, and motivation to complete tasks.</li><li>Maintaining an organized and clean classroom environment and ensuring students conduct themselves appropriately.</li><li>Ensuring that all school rules, policies, and guidelines are adhered to in the classroom.</li></ul>Minds in Motion Instructor Requirements:<ul><li>A bachelor's degree or pursuing one in teaching, elementary education, special education, early childhood education, or a similar field preferable.</li><li>A minimum of 1 year experience working as a teacher, teaching assistant, or a similar role.</li><li>The ability to foster a fun and safe environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Classroom management skills and strong knowledge of child behavior and learning patterns.</li><li>Ability to work with children and remain friendly, calm, and patient at all times.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Instructional strategies and the ability to set rules and guidelines for children to follow.</li><li>Solid organizational skills and ability to maintain a tidy and neat classroom.</li></ul>Programs are fun and easy, and you will be fully trained!
