Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Analyst to join our Lahore-based team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be an integral part of the game development process&mdash;supporting the creation, optimization, and live operations of engaging mobile games played by millions globally. You will work closely with Product Managers to implement and manage game analytics solutions using tools like Looker, Firebase, Growthbook and Metabase, providing actionable insights that shape product roadmaps and feature decisions. Your contributions will drive internal process efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and play a pivotal role in defining the future of our game franchises.
What will you be doing?
<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, art, growth) to support and drive the development of world-class mobile games.</li>
<li>Assist in designing engaging and sticky core game features, with a strong focus on LiveOps and content updates.</li>
<li>Utilize process management tools to keep various teams aligned with the overall product development schedule.</li>
<li>Conduct QA and functionality tests on new features and updates to ensure high-quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Interpret data with the support of growth and analytics teams to help inform product decisions and optimize the game roadmap.</li>
<li>Monitor key game metrics daily and investigate performance changes to understand the &ldquo;why&rdquo; behind trends and anomalies.</li>
<li>Drive product optimization through structured A/B testing and analysis of test results.</li>
<li>Support the head of the studio in shaping strategic initiatives and executing the long-term vision for the game.</li>
<li>Help manage the game lifecycle from ideation and development to live operations and feature enhancements.</li>
</ul>
What are we looking for?
<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s or Masters degree in a relevant field.</li>
<li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in product, game development, or data analytics&mdash;ideally within a mobile gaming environment.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.</li>
<li>A self-motivated, eager-to-learn individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li>

Things that get you extra points:
<ul><li>Experience working on rapid game prototyping or live game feature rollouts.</li>
<li>Prior exposure to mobile gaming analytics tools (e.g.Sensor Tower, or internal dashboards).</li>
<li>Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and interpreting experiment results.</li>
<li>Passion for mobile games with a desire to understand what makes players engage and return.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with tools like Asana and Slack for task and sprint management.</li>

Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Game Artist (Advertising) to join our Lahore-based team. In this role, you will play a key part in producing visually engaging 2D and 3D animated ads for our mobile games, enjoyed by millions of players worldwide. You will work closely with game designers, product, and growth teams to translate gameplay mechanics, features, and player motivations into engaging ad creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement. Your work will directly influence how our games are perceived globally and contribute to the growth and success of our game portfolio.
What will you be doing?
<ul><li>Design and create 2D and 3D animated ad creatives and production mockups for mobile games across multiple platforms.</li>
<li>Develop gameplay animations and sequences using Unity Timeline to showcase game mechanics and features in ads.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality static and animated ad assets using tools like Photoshop, After Effects, and 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, Maya).</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with game designers and product teams to understand gameplay, core loops, and key selling points for ad development.</li>
<li>Translate gameplay concepts into clear, engaging visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences.</li>
<li>Support the user acquisition and growth teams by creating creatives optimized for performance and engagement.</li>
<li>Iterate on ad creatives based on feedback, performance data, and testing insights.</li>
<li>Ensure all creatives maintain high visual quality, brand consistency, and alignment with game direction.</li>
<li>Support the ideation and experimentation of new creative formats for ads.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and deliver assets efficiently.</li></ul> 

What are we looking for?
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>At least 2 - 4 years of industry experience in creating gameplay ads and production mocks for mobile games.</li>
<li>Proficiency in graphic design and digital art, with a strong focus on mobile game ads.</li>
<li>Expertise in visual storytelling and translating gameplay ideas into compelling ad creatives.</li>
<li>Strong skills in Photoshop for creating high-quality visuals and mockups.</li>
<li>Proficient in designing 3D and 2D assets for ads using industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, and Maya.</li>
<li>Proficient in motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Experience with Unity timeline animation to create gameplay animations for ads and promotional content.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with game design teams to understand game mechanics and key features for ad development.</li>
<li>A strong portfolio showcasing gameplay ad examples and mockups for mobile games.</li></ul>
