 The Technical Support Engineer is responsible to provide high-quality technical assistance to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has solid troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, responsible for diagnosing issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring smooth system operations.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support (remote and on-site if required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor system performance and ensure availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in implementation and deployment projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Position Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of:
 </li>
 <li>
 Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Active Directory and user management
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic virtualization concepts (VMware / Hyper-V is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Backup and security best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ticketing systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS is a plus)

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or any other related field

 The Logistics Officer is accountable for overseeing the inbound operations and inventory management. S/He maintains communication with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage outbound activities for customer orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT)
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and document letter of credit (LC) for shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with TRA department for obtaining Approvals
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clearing agents and customs to maximize efficiency in terms of time and quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify customs documentations for exports and transfer of ownership
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform monthly stock audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain the warehouse petty cash
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Position Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably from IT industry background.
 
 
 Microsoft Excel
 
 
 Sound Knowledge of ERP Tools &ndash; preferable Orion &amp; WMS
