 The Technical Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on services related but not limited to data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information and Cyber Security. S/He designs, configures, tests and implements projects.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities

 Managed Services Implementation

 </ul>
 Deploy, configure, and manage cloud services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
 
 
 Implement managed services such as compute, storage, databases, Kubernetes, IAM, backup, and monitoring.
 
 
 Ensure cloud environments follow vendor best practices for security, reliability, and performance.
 
 
 Perform resource provisioning, environment setup, and post-deployment validation.

 Solution Preparation &amp; Architecture Support

 Translate customer requirements into technical cloud solutions and implementation plans.
 
 
 Prepare and document solution designs, architecture diagrams, and deployment scopes.
 
 
 Support pre-sales and technical teams in evaluating customer needs and proposing cloud-based offerings.
 
 
 Review and improve existing customer architectures and recommend optimized solutions.

 Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
 
 
 Automate provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and backup tasks for operational efficiency.
 
 
 Configure monitoring, alerting, and logging across multi-cloud environments.
 
 
 Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and provide second/third-level support.

 Security, Governance &amp; Compliance

 Apply cloud security best practices and ensure proper IAM/RBAC across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
 
 
 Implement policies, guardrails, and governance frameworks for managed cloud environments.
 
 
 Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

 Continuously assess cloud usage and implement cost optimization strategies.

 Job Scope
 
 
 
 The Logistics Officer is accountable for overseeing the inbound operations and inventory management. S/He maintains communication with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage outbound activities for customer orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT)
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and document letter of credit (LC) for shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with TRA department for obtaining Approvals
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clearing agents and customs to maximize efficiency in terms of time and quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify customs documentations for exports and transfer of ownership
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform monthly stock audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain the warehouse petty cash

 Position Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably from IT industry background.
 
 
 Microsoft Excel
 
 
 Sound Knowledge of ERP Tools &ndash; preferable Orion &amp; WMS
