Job SummaryWe are looking for a Digital Marketer to plan and manage online marketing campaigns, social media pages, and lead generation for our agency and clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads and analyzing performance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.</li><li>Monitor ad performance and optimize for better reach and conversions.</li><li>Manage social media accounts (posting, captions, engagement).</li><li>Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.</li><li>Work with the design team for ad creatives and visuals.</li><li>Research new trends, competitors, and campaign ideas.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>6 months &ndash; 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Meta Ads.</li><li>Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools.</li><li>Familiar with Canva / Photoshop for basic creative work.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
