Job Summary:The QC Engineer/Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all construction and fit-out activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards. The role involves inspections, documentation, and coordination with project teams to maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.</li><li>Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (WIR/MIR) and coordinate with consultants for approvals.</li><li>Monitor all fit-out activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes, and MEP works.</li><li>Ensure materials delivered to site comply with approved material submittals.</li><li>Maintain records of quality inspections, test reports, and approvals.</li><li>Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are implemented.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, project specifications, and international standards.</li><li>Participate in internal and external audits.</li><li>Prepare quality reports and maintain updated logs.</li><li>Ensure proper snagging and de-snagging processes before project handover.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and inspection processes.</li><li>Familiarity with international standards and project specifications.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience in interior fit-out&amp; Construction projects .</li><li>Familiarity with consultant approval procedures</li><li>Experience in UAE construction standards and authority requirements</li><li>Preferred Philippines Nationality .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a self-motivated draftsman who can work alongside a number of specialists at our company.ResponsibilitiesAttending design discussions with the Engineers, Architects, and other team members.Gathering the structural and material requirements.Performing calculations on the estimated dimensions of the structure.Preparing rough sketches of the product design.Reviewing the sketches and blueprints during the meetings.Creating a design using appropriate AutoCAD software.Demonstrating the workflows with the help of aflow chart.Compiling data and specification sheets.Identifying operational faults and providing solutions to them.Redesign the design to enhance the functionality of the project.Presenting the design to the team members and taking feedback from them.Creating user manuals and update other documents on time.Finalizing the final AutoCAD model to be used for the production.Adhering to the environment and safety protocols.Storing and filing the projects for future references.Staying updated with the latest developments in the various industriesRequirementsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related degree.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering innovative and engaging 3D environmentsProven work experience in marble and granite industry as an AutoCAD Drafter or a similar job position.Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD software.Ability to meet deadlines and multitasking.Preferred Nationality Philippines(Female).Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
