Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Painter with proven expertise in stone finish painting techniques to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a thorough understanding of surface preparation, texture application, and finishing processes to achieve high-quality stone-like effects on walls and surfaces.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.</li><li>Mix and apply paints, coatings, and textures to achieve desired stone finish effects.</li><li>Select and match appropriate paint colors and materials according to project specifications.</li><li>Apply decorative and faux finishing techniques such as marble, granite, and natural stone effects.</li><li>Ensure proper drying and curing times between paint layers.</li><li>Maintain tools, brushes, and equipment in excellent working condition.</li><li>Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to meet quality and deadline expectations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a professional painter, with specific expertise in stone finish painting.</li><li>Knowledge of different painting materials, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret design specifications and work independently.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Physical stamina and manual dexterity for prolonged standing and repetitive motion.</li><li>Basic knowledge of safety procedures and handling of paints and chemicals.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per month
