Location: Industrial Estate 3, Near ChanDaQila, GujranwalaEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout UsQuality Engineering specializes in the design and production of high-quality lithium battery cases. Our manufacturing process involves precision 3D modeling, laser cutting, bending, welding, fabrication, and rigorous quality checks before moving to outsourced powder coating and UV printing.We are looking for a Quality &amp; Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operations, consistent quality, and proper supply management throughout our production process.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control (QC):Perform quality checks at every stage: 3D modeling, laser cutting, bending, welding, fabrication, and final assembly.Approve or reject items based on QC standards before moving to the next stage.Ensure only QC-approved products go for powder coating and UV printing.Supervision &amp; Assembly:Oversee final assembly of battery cases, ensuring screws, nuts, bolts, tires, drill bits, and all required attachments are available to the team.Supervise and guide workers to maintain accuracy and efficiency.Inventory &amp; Purchasing:Monitor stock of consumables and tools (screws, nuts, bolts, buffing discs, drill bits, etc.).Coordinate with the team to identify material needs.Purchase required items in a timely manner to avoid production delays.Team Coordination:Work closely with production staff to ensure smooth workflow.Report progress and challenges to management.RequirementsHands-on experience (preferred).Strong understanding of production processes (laser cutting, bending, welding, fabrication).Ability to identify defects, errors, or quality issues.Good organizational and supervisory skills.Must be proactive in managing tools, consumables, and purchase requirements.Education is not mandatory &ndash; practical experience and skills are more important.Willingness to go out for local purchases when required.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
