Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lash Artist to join our vibrant beauty team! As a Lash Artist, you will specialize in enhancing clients&rsquo; natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions, ensuring each guest leaves feeling confident and radiant. Your passion for beauty, attention to detail, and commitment to sanitation will help create memorable experiences for every guest.Responsibilities<ul><li>Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a natural or dramatic look based on client preferences</li><li>Consult with clients to understand their desired lash style and recommend suitable options</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up care using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY</li><li>Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue</li><li>Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns</li><li>Stay current on the latest lash trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in eyelash extension application preferred</li><li>Proven experience applying eyelash extensions with a steady hand and keen eye for detail</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and recommend services</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a salon or spa setting</li><li>Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is advantageous</li><li>Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a customer-first approach</li><li>Experience with other beauty services such as makeup application, body waxing, or hair styling is a plus</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about transforming looks and boosting confidence!
