 Job Description
 
 
 
 The primary responsibility of a guest service agent is to provide expertise services in a courteous manner. You are responsible for taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest&rsquo;s account upon completion of their stay.
 
 
 You will handle all guest enquires, requests and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring their stay in the hotel is to their satisfaction.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 A strong focus on customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required

 The Engineering Coordinator supports the department by overseeing administrative workflows, tracking maintenance schedules, liaising across departments, and ensuring seamless operations across guest areas and back-of-house facilities. This role is vital for driving efficient operations, timely task completions, quality reporting, and continuous improvement.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, follow up on outstanding issues, and ensure timely completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and administer routine reports, department meeting minutes, and operational paperwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize resources and set priorities&mdash;especially for maintenance workflows across guest rooms, communal areas, and infrastructure systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Engineering trades and external vendors to schedule services, repairs, and preventive maintenance, ensuring quality standards and cost efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate effective communication with departments like Housekeeping and Front Desk to promptly address guest-related maintenance requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation of all engineering activities&mdash;including work orders, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support budgeting processes by tracking expenditures, preparing cost reports, and aiding the Engineering Manager in monitoring project timelines and budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold safety standards by ensuring compliance with local and hotel regulations. Assist in emergency response measures and support sustainability initiatives within the department.

 Qualifications

 1&ndash;3 years in coordination/administrative roles within hospitality or facilities management
 </li>
 <li>
 Secondary-level or professional technical education in building, architecture, facilities management, or equivalent

 Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general maintenance management software
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective written and verbal communication with all hotel levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, resourceful, with a keen eye for detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with engineering concepts (mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems) a plus
