<div><div>The Human Resource Generalist is responsible to the Human Resources Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.</div>
<div>Essential Functions and Duties:</div>
<ul><li>Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.</li>
<li>Participate in the recruitment process by posting open and approved positions, identifying candidates, conducting references check, scheduling interviews, and issuing employment contracts.</li>
<li>Performs orientations and update records of new staff.</li>
<li>Manage the organization&rsquo;s employee databases and prepare reports.</li>
<li>Coordinates the implementation of Human Resources programs.</li>
<li>Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.</li>
<li>Administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.</li>
<li>Maintains a system of employee records including employee certifications and CEUs.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned as determined by COO.</li>
</ul><div>Primary Objectives:</div>
<ul><li>Prepare and schedule new hire onboarding processes.</li>
<li>Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding including benefits, new-hire orientation schedules, badges, and data entry.</li>
<li>Payroll processing for all employees including bonus, incentive pay, vacation/sick pay and benefit changes.</li>
<li>Assist in the communication, implementation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, company calendar and organizational chart.</li>
<li>Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for a;; positions according to HR objectives.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div>Qualifications:
</div><div>The Human Resource Generalist must have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree or four years of technical human resources experience.</div>
<div>Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:</div>
<ul><li>Excellent record keeping skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.</li>
<li>Knowledge of office management methods, practices, and equipment;</li>
<li>English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; basic math; clerical office practices and procedures; alphabetic, numerical, and chronological filing methods;</li>
<li>Business telephone etiquette and procedures, office computer systems and word processing software.</li>
<li>Demonstrate discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.</li>
<li>Ability to prepare accurate narrative and statistical reports;</li>
<li>Establish and maintain effective relations with clientele, employees, and the public.</li></ul></div>
