Responsibilities<ul><li>Adapt lesson plans to fit the needs of students of different ages and cultural backgrounds.</li><li>Create fun and interactive activities that help students build language skills.</li><li>Check students&rsquo; language progress and give helpful, constructive feedback.</li><li>Use a variety of teaching methods to match different learning styles.</li><li>Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.</li><li>Teach dynamic online lessons in 25-, 15-, or 7-minute formats.</li><li>Use digital tools and platforms to make lessons engaging and effective.</li><li>Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality at all times.</li></ul>Required Experience<ul><li>Extensive experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).</li><li>Strong knowledge of effective ESL teaching methods and best practices.</li><li>Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools to enhance learning.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Committed to creating a lively, student-focused learning environment.</li><li>Skilled at managing both group classes and individual student needs.</li><li>Proven ability to lead lessons and help students make real progress.</li><li>Experienced in teaching beginner ESL learners with flexible, student-centered approaches.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications Applications not meeting the following criteria will not be considered.<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college or university (Required).</li><li>Must be a citizen of the U.S., Canada, or the U.K. (Applicants from other countries will not be accepted.)</li><li>Stable landline or Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi only is not allowed).</li><li>English must be your first language.</li><li>High-quality headset with a working microphone (No earbuds permitted).</li><li>Valid government-issued ID (Passport or Driver&rsquo;s License).</li><li>Professional home workspace setup with a clean, appropriate background.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.</li><li>Prior teaching experience (homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring) is preferred but not required.</li><li>ESL teaching certification or credentials are a plus but not mandatory.</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Evening Shift: 18:00 &ndash; 24:00 KST (05:00 &ndash; 11:00 AM EST)</li><li>Must be available for at least four consecutive hours, five days a week (Monday to Friday). This schedule is non-negotiable.</li></ul>This position gives you the chance to help students grow their English skills and make a real difference in their learning.
