Our partners can start earning rewards from their trash and support a good cause.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Waste Management Specialist located in Kar&#257;chi.<ul><li>Develop relationship with recycling industry</li><li>Secure B2B waste management contracts by identifying and closing deals with corporates, institutions, and commercial clients.</li><li>Manage key client relationships and act as the main point of contact for ongoing service delivery, satisfaction, and retention.</li><li>Source and negotiate material supply deals from businesses and suppliers to maximise commercial value.</li><li>Develop and present pricing proposals and negotiate commercial terms with both clients and vendors.</li><li>Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, tracking market trends, and reporting performance to management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in waste management, solid waste management, and recycling</li><li>Understanding of different materials and how they are recycled</li><li>Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B business development or commercial sales specifically within the waste management, recycling, or materials recovery sector in Pakistan.</li><li>Commercial Expertise: Proven track record of securing waste collection or recycling contracts, pricing material streams (plastics, paper, metals, etc.), and negotiating service-level agreements with corporate clients.</li><li>Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local recycling supply chains, material pricing, and vendor ecosystems (e.g. aggregators, scrap traders, recyclers). Experience working with or competing against companies like Alico Waste Management is preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Comfortable using sales CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems to manage pipelines and contracts.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals.</li></ul>What are we offeringPKR 45000 - 80000 per month (DOE)Options sharesJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in recycling?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Karachi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
