Role Overview

Mint Source is hiring a Data Analyst for a brand owner that operates two growing eCommerce / DTC consumer product brands. The hire will work across both brands, helping leadership, marketing, and operations teams make data-driven decisions with clarity and confidence. You&rsquo;ll own the dashboards and reporting that leadership relies on, turning raw multi-channel data into clear, decision-ready insights. The role blends data modeling, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and proactive communication. 

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, subscriptions, MER, LTV, returns, and profitability across multiple brands.</li>
<li>Translate leadership and team requests into structured analyses and clear reporting.</li>
<li>Connect and model data from platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, TikTok Shops, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.</li>
<li>Write SQL and use Excel/Google Sheets to clean, reconcile, and QA data for accuracy and consistency.</li>
<li>Design intuitive dashboards using visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.</li>
<li>Define metric logic, naming conventions, and documentation so stakeholders share a single source of truth.</li>
<li>Set up automated refresh schedules, alerts, and data quality checks to catch issues early.</li>
<li>Deliver ad hoc analyses and data-driven recommendations to support marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.</li>
<li>Prioritize and manage incoming requests, iterating dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.</li>
<li>Keep dashboards and resources well-documented to make data simple and self-serve for the team.</li></ul> 
 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a reporting role, with business-ready dashboards and insights.</li>
<li>2&ndash;4+ years of experience preferred, though flexible for the right fit.</li>
<li>Strong ability to turn business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to manipulate, join, and validate data.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with at least one major visualization tool (Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI).</li>
<li>Experience working with e-commerce data sources (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, TikTok Shops, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads).</li>
<li>Familiarity with ETL processes and APIs to build and maintain reliable data flows.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills; able to explain data simply to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects, with proactive communication and openness to regular feedback.</li>
</ul>

You&rsquo;ll own the engine behind a fast-paced YouTube and Instagram content operation, keeping timelines tight, tools organized, and teams in sync. Working closely with editors, strategists, and CSMs, you&rsquo;ll drive each brief from concept to publish with clarity and control. Success means predictable delivery, polished systems, and clients who see real growth without friction. 

What You&rsquo;ll Do

<li>Run the full content pipeline for YouTube and Instagram, from brief to publish, to keep production flowing</li>
<li>Own the weekly content calendar, capacity planning, and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met</li>
<li>Lead daily standups and async check-ins to keep the team focused and unblock issues quickly</li>
<li>Oversee CSM workflows and client communication for clear updates and fast follow-through</li>
<li>Maintain task tracking and documentation in Trello and Notion for full operational visibility</li>
<li>Manage feedback and revisions in Frame.io, streamlining review cycles for quick approvals</li>
<li>QA video edits, thumbnails, titles, captions, and descriptions for quality, consistency, and platform fit</li>
<li>Coordinate across editors and strategists to align briefs, assets, and timelines with no loose ends</li>
<li>Spot performance bottlenecks and continuously improve processes to boost output</li>
<li>Operate the backend like a machine, organized, on-schedule, and error-free</li></ul> 
 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
