Job Responsibilities -1) Sales Execution:- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.- Understand client requirements and tailor the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs.- Present pricing, terms, and conditions to clients and negotiate agreements to close sales deals.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.2) Relationship Management:- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our products.3) Sales Reporting and Analysis:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.4) Market Intelligence:- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.- Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain well-informed about supply chain finance concepts and practices.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,448.78 - &#8377;33,700.00 per monthWork Location: In person
