We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background or familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide support to Esimators on various tasks and projects.</li><li>Maintain and update project plans, read ensuring all details are current and accurate.</li><li>Assist with daily office tasks, including communication, and data entry.</li><li>Retrieve, organize, and file project-related data for easy access and reference.</li><li>Attend and assist in job-site meetings, coordinating logistics and taking meeting notes.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Ability to monitor and track the progress of various projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Experience in the construction industry, specifically with doors and hardware, is a plus.</li></ul>If you are a proactive, driven individual with a passion for project management, we encourage you to apply!Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Sunnyvale, CA 94089 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
