Prepress / Digital Print Production Associate Minuteman Press, the world&rsquo;s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise, is looking for a Prepress/Digital Print Production Associate to join our team.This role involves working directly with customers&mdash;by phone, email, and in person&mdash;to support their print, design, and promotional projects. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Graphic design and prepress file preparation</li><li>Submitting files to vendors and creating estimates/work orders</li><li>Operating digital presses and light bindery equipment</li><li>Providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships</li></ul>We offer a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are top priorities.Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (graphic design experience required)</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Excellent time-management skills; able to multitask and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively from concept to completion</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Professional demeanor and reliability</li><li>Willingness to assist with general shop upkeep</li><li>Prior print shop experience is preferred</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Part-time</li><li>10&ndash;30 hours per week</li><li>$16.50 per hour</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
