We are currently looking for an Performance Marketing Intern- Paid Media to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of how platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Marketing &amp; Meta Ads work, along with the ability to manage and schedule social media posts.About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-focused Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This is not a &quot;fetch coffee&quot; internship. You will be directly involved in managing high-stakes campaigns for premium clients, including a top-ranked law firm.You will work primarily on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Marketing, helping us execute strategies that drive real business results. If you are data-driven, proficient in Excel, and eager to learn how B2B marketing works at a high level, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.</li><li>LinkedIn Strategy: Support the management of premium LinkedIn accounts for legal sector clients, ensuring professional tone and precise targeting.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Download raw data and use Microsoft Excel to identify trends, cost-per-lead (CPL), and ROI.</li><li>Reporting: Create professional weekly/monthly performance decks using PowerPoint to present insights to the internal team.</li><li>Creative Coordination (Bonus): Draft clear, logical creative briefs for the design team to produce high-performing ad creatives.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Certified: You have completed basic certifications (e.g., Meta Certified Digital Associate, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or Google Fundamentals).
