Overview Mira is looking for servers to join our team! Mira is a Mediterranean restaurant in the Elmwood Village. The menu highlights the cuisines of Italy, Spain, Greece and other countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. We have a strong focus on house made pastas, charcoal grilled meats &amp; vegetables and a Mediterranean focused beverage program.The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality. They need to be energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the goal to provide guests with a wonderful experience. This jobs has an hourly wage + tips.Responsibilities<ul><li>Work with servers to create a seamless experience for guests</li><li>Anticipate servers &amp; guests needs and have guest recognition</li><li>Have comprehension of the food menu</li><li>Execute service with efficiency to create an overall positive guest experience</li><li>Open to working in our private event space upstairs if needed</li><li>Maintain a sense of urgency</li><li>Stand for the entirety of scheduled shift</li><li>Walk/move around the restaurant for the majority of scheduled shift</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Restaurant experience is preferred</li><li>Availability weeknights &amp; weekend days/nights is preferred</li><li>Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $10.35 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
