You will be responsible for managing the full lead lifecycle, ensuring seamless follow-ups by agents, maintaining data quality, and providing regular reports to senior management. 
Key Responsibilities:
&mdash; Manage and oversee the end-to-end lead cycle within the CRM system (follow-ups, stage tracking, and updates).
&mdash; Distribute incoming leads effectively to the appropriate agents and monitor response times.
&mdash; Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the CEO.
&mdash; Conduct quality control and document control to ensure all client files and records are accurate and compliant.
&mdash; Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and organized within the CRM system.
&mdash; Monitor compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies.
&mdash; Provide CRM-related support and troubleshooting for the team.
Requirements
&mdash; Proven experience as a Lead Distributor within a real estate brokerage.
&mdash; Strong understanding of lead distribution and lead tracking processes.
&mdash; Hands-on experience working with AmoCRM or Bitrix.
&mdash; Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly active, fast-paced environment.
&mdash; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
&mdash; Ability to generate actionable performance reports and insights for senior management.

Lead Distributor (CRM Operations)

<div>MIRA Construction is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager / Project Manager for one of our projects in Bakery Industry. We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of the bakery business. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery.</li><li>Manage HR-related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training.</li><li>Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics.</li><li>Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.</li><li>Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry.</li><li>Strong organisational and leadership skills.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>English &mdash; B2-C1, Russian is preferable, but not obligatory.</li></ul>

Operations Manager / Project Manager (Bakery Industry)

<div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Document Controller to manage and control all documentation related to construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, tracking, and distributing documents, ensuring all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Receive, register, and file incoming and outgoing project documents.</li>
<li>Ensure proper document control for construction drawings, correspondence, submittals, RFIs, and contracts.</li>
<li>Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings.</li>
<li>Distribute documents to the relevant teams and stakeholders in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Support project teams with document retrieval and tracking.</li>
<li>Ensure document versions and formats are maintained in compliance with company standards.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Document Controller in a construction company in UAE.</li>
<li>Experienced in Microsoft Office and document control software.</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to details.</li>
<li>Good communication skills in English.</li>
