Registered Nurse &ndash; Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)Role OverviewAs a NICU Nurse at Miracle Women and Children&rsquo;s Hospital, you will provide life-sustaining care to our most vulnerable patients&mdash;newborns who are premature, born with low birth weight, or experiencing critical health complications. You will work in a high-tech environment, collaborating with neonatologists and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for every infant.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Critical Monitoring: Continuously monitor vital signs and respiratory status; manage ventilators, incubators, and specialized feeding tubes.</li><li>Clinical Intervention: Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products specific to neonatal dosages.</li><li>Assessment: Perform frequent, head-to-toe physical assessments and recognize subtle changes in a neonate&rsquo;s condition that require immediate intervention.</li><li>Family Advocacy: Educate parents on their infant&rsquo;s condition, provide emotional support, and guide them through &quot;Kangaroo Care&quot; and bonding techniques.</li><li>Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including Respiratory Therapists, Dieticians, and Neonatologists, during rounds and emergencies.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.</li><li>Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience specifically in a Level II or Level III NICU.</li><li>Certifications: * Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS).</li><li>RNC-NIC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing) certification is a strong plus.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Expertise in neonatal pharmacology and advanced life support.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure, life-or-death situations.</li><li>Strong communication skills for interacting with distressed family members.</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail regarding hygiene and infection control.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹46,053.36 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated and clinical-competent Duty Doctors to join our medical team at Miracle Women and Children&rsquo;s Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing continuous medical coverage, managing patient care in wards, and responding to emergencies. You will work closely with our consultants to ensure the highest standards of care for our mothers and little ones.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Patient Management: Conduct regular rounds in the Labor Room, NICU, PICU, and General Wards.</li><li>Clinical Support: Monitor patient progress, record vitals, and execute treatment plans as prescribed by Senior Consultants.</li><li>Emergency Care: Act as the first responder for medical emergencies, including neonatal resuscitation or obstetric complications.</li><li>Procedures: Perform basic clinical procedures (IV cannulation, catheterization, Ryle&rsquo;s tube insertion, etc.) as required.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR), discharge summaries, and daily progress notes.</li><li>Coordination: Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and coordinate with the nursing staff and diagnostic departments.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements QualificationMinimum Experience Preferred BackgroundMBBS 1+ YearMultispecialty or Mother &amp; Child careB AMS / BHMS / BUMS 3+ YearsMultispecialty or Mother &amp; Child careRequired Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Technical: Proficiency in handling emergency cases and basic life support (BLS/ACLS/NALS).</li><li>Clinical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Pediatric and Gynecological protocols.</li><li>Communication: Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to patients and their families.</li><li>Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duties and weekends.</li><li>Registration: Must possess a valid registration with the respective Medical Council.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹32,077.05 - ₹45,893.58 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
