 About the Role:
 
 
 
 Miral Experiences is seeking an experienced
 
 Senior Procurement / Category Manager
 
 to develop and deliver strategic sourcing initiatives that drive profitability, supplier performance, and operational efficiency across our supply chain. This role plays a pivotal part in transforming procurement practices within the organization, optimizing processes, and delivering long-term value.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and sole-source procurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement category and sub-category strategies, focusing on long-term strategic partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage Miral group spend to identify consolidation opportunities, value engineering, and supply chain optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage strong supplier relationships to drive performance and ensure contractual compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support procurement-related negotiations, coaching, and mentoring across the business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as an ambassador for procurement, promoting best practices across the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal departments and senior leadership to optimize supply chain and procurement practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to internal and external training to enhance supply chain and strategic sourcing knowledge.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field. Membership in the Chartered Institute of Purchasing &amp; Supply (or studying towards it) is essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years in Procurement, with significant experience in Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years applying advanced category management techniques, managing complex tenders, and leading contract and supplier management initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of procurement experience within the UAE / GCC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in international strategic procurement is a plus.
 
 </li>
 </ul>

Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager

 Employee Relations Manager
 
 who will embody our values of integrity, trust, and collaboration. This role requires a people-focused HR leader who can balance compliance with empathy, ensuring fair, transparent, and consistent employee experiences across the organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 As a key member of the HR team, you will oversee employee relations practices and policies, provide strategic guidance to leadership, support managers in complex cases, and foster a workplace culture built on respect, engagement, and accountability. You will act as a trusted advisor to management while safeguarding compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Employee Relations
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage and advise on sensitive employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of cases in line with UAE labor law and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee issues effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver ER-related training and awareness sessions to strengthen managerial capability and workplace culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Policies &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review, update, and implement HR policies to ensure legal compliance, clarity, and accessibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on high-risk cases and policy alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate labor law changes and ensure they are reflected in company practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal audits and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Culture &amp; Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a cultural ambassador by promoting fairness, inclusion, and trust across employee interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and organizational development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive preventive initiatives, such as training programs, employee listening forums, and manager support tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Experience &amp; Competencies:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s or HR certification preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 7&ndash;10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in employee relations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of UAE labor law; wider GCC experience is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in managing complex ER cases with discretion and professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical and data-driven mindset, with sensitivity to employee experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English and Arabic.
 </li>
