Who You Are</b></h3><p>
You are a technically skilled video creator who is comfortable behind a camera and inside an editing timeline.</p><p>
You understand that great content starts with good lighting, clean audio, and thoughtful framing.</p><p>
You move quickly without sacrificing quality.</p><p>
If you are not shooting content, you are editing. If you are not editing, you are planning or preparing to shoot.</p><p>
You enjoy creative work but also understand that consistency and execution drive real marketing performance.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What You Will Do</b></h3><p>
You will create video and photo content across multiple brands in the MIRC family. Each division has a unique voice and audience. You will plan and produce content accordingly.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Why This Role Is Different</b></h3><p>
This is not a role where content is created once and forgotten.</p><p>
You will be responsible for continuous content production, helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and marketing performance across channels.</p><p>
You may participate in strategy discussions, but your primary value will be in turning strategy into finished, publishable content.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What You Will Create</b></h3><p>
You will produce:</p><ul>
<li>
Short-form social video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts</li>
<li>Product demonstration videos</li>
<li>Gear features and technical showcases</li>
<li>Promotional and advertising creative</li>
<li>Educational and instructional content</li>
<li>Retail and culture storytelling content</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Production Expectations</b></h3><ul>
<li>Shoot and edit content independently using company studio resources.</li>
<li>Maintain high visual and audio quality standards.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of lighting and audio capture techniques.</li>
<li>Work efficiently while preserving professional production quality.</li>
<li>Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) experience is required, and you must be willing to use it for editing workflows. Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a strong plus.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><ul>
<li>A portfolio demonstrating strong video storytelling and production quality.</li>
<li>Knowledge of guitars, basses, or musical equipment is essential.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt content style to multiple brand voices.</li>
<li>Comfortable working onsite in La Vergne, TN, with occasional content gathering in Nashville.</li>
<li>We are flexible on years of experience. Exceptional production skill and proven content quality matter more than job title history.</li></ul></div><p></p>
