 :

 Post Graduate with 2 &ndash; 5 years of experience in sales (Experience in events background a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Power Point for making presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Excel and MS Word for preparing reports and proposals
 </li>

Event Sales Manager

 To ensure revenue generation for the company

 Making sales calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing client proposals &amp; presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan weekly sales cycle by doing account mining of the allocated accounts through client meetings accordingly
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies in the person&rsquo;s portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Information
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting competition tracking and monitoring on frequent basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand in detail about client spends at a brand level and then develop Go to Market approach
 </li>
 <li>
 To look at broader perspective, think through ideas and create solutions for clients via upselling &amp; cross selling of various properties
 </li>
 <li>
 Media Tracking to generate prospects
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide written brief to programming for the spot / commercial based on inputs from client / agency
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that ROs and TOs are appropriately generated and the spots are scheduled accordingly (through the sales coordinator and scheduler)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the pricing is maintained as per stipulated target
 </li>
 <li>
 Work to bring the core brand creative to life by designing a multimedia solutions interactive campaigns for clients including On ground, Digital, Content, Media and PR
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up and ensure that monies are collected on time including sending appropriate reminders to clients and agencies for payment
 </li>
 </ul>
