Designs equipment such as Electric Penetration Assemblies, Electric Conductor Seal Assemblies, Temperature Detectors, Explosive Valve Assemblies and Nuclear Service Connectors. Confers with Engineers and other drafters to interpret design concepts, determine nature and type of required detailed working drawings, compiles data, computes quantities and determines materials needed. Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral), able to operate with minimal supervision, able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Drafts detail and assembly drawings, parts lists, wiring legends, and designs equipment, in compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.</li>
<li>Reviews customer blueprints to determine requirements and consults with engineers to discuss and interpret design concepts, and determine requirements of detailed working drawings.</li>
<li>Releases drawings to Production Department and others.</li>
<li>Confers with vendors to resolve problems and modify design as applicable.</li>
<li>Functional implementation of Conax Nuclear’s Quality Program, including review/interpretation of customer Purchase Order requirements, as well as accurate, complete and detailed transfer of information to drawings</li>
</ul>
<b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b><b>Minimum qualifications:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>A.A.S. degree in a technical field.</li>
<li>Three (3) years pertinent and progressive experience.</li>
<li>Proficient use of Solidworks 3D, Autodesk including AutoCAD and Inventor, and Microsoft Office software.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Individual must be familiar with ANSI Y14.5.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in welding practices and processes. Individual must be familiar with welding symbols and welding standards per AWS.</li>
<li>Experience with the ASME Code Section III, and / or VIII would be beneficial, but not necessary.</li>
<li>Knowledge of equipment, tools, mechanical and electrical devices, design techniques, principles, involved in the production and use of precision technical drawings, their operations, and interrelationships including arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their applications.</li>

</div><div></div><div><div><div><div><p>The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by managing customer accounts and driving timely payment of outstanding receivables. This position is responsible for proactive outreach to customers, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activity. Success in this role requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach to meeting collection targets and reducing aged receivables. The Collections Specialist works closely with internal teams including Sales, Billing, and Customer Service to support revenue cycle efficiency while preserving positive customer relationships.</p><br>
<p></p><p><b>Essential Duties</b></p>
<ul><li>Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collections of outstanding invoices.</li>
<li>Make regular collection calls and send correspondence to customers regarding past due balances.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies and billing issues.</li>
<li>Document all collection activity in the SAP and maintain accurate records of interactions and commitments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Billing teams resolve invoice disputes.</li>
<li>Prepare aging reports, identify high-risk accounts, and escalate collection concerns as needed.</li>
<li>Back-up for processing customer credit applications and review creditworthiness in collaboration with the Credit Manager.</li>
<li>Back-up for reconciliation of customer accounts and apply payments accurately.</li>
<li>Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting as required.</li>
<li>Recommend accounts for write-off in accordance with company policy.</li>
<li>Support audits and internal reviews by providing required billing documentation.</li><br>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Essential Requirements</b></p>
<ul><li>Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skill, verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts.</li>
<li>Organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>High degree of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in managing financial data.</li><br>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Requirements</b></p>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with payment portals is desirable.</li><br>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Education &amp; Experience Requirements</b></p>
<ul><li>Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections in a corporate environment.</li>
<li>Experience in a manufacturing or technology-based industry is preferred.</li>
