We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Assistant with a healthcare background to support a growing psychiatry private practice. This role involves a combination of clinical administrative support and office management responsibilities, including assistance with paperwork, editing clinical notes, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Assisting with psychiatric practice paperwork and documentation</li><li>Reviewing and editing clinical notes for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Managing administrative duties such as scheduling, patient communication, forms, and follow-up tasks</li><li>Supporting office workflow and ensuring timely completion of documentation</li><li>Assisting with other operational needs of the practice as assigned</li></ul>This is a hybrid position with both remote and in-office responsibilities and may be offered on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on candidate availability and practice needs.Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a medical or mental health setting, strong organizational skills, proficiency with electronic health records/documentation systems, and excellent written communication.Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Princeton, NJ 08540
