We are currently seeking a detail-driven, hospitality-minded <b>Facilities Administrator</b> to support our Maintenance and Facilities Department while helping ensure the resort operates efficiently and professionally year-round.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
About the Role</b></h3><p>
The Facilities Administrator plays a vital role in supporting daily facilities operations, maintenance coordination, purchasing, and departmental organization. This position serves as the administrative backbone for the maintenance team &mdash; handling work orders, tracking projects and inventory, assisting with vendor communication, scheduling, and recordkeeping.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll work in a diverse, multicultural environment where clear communication, organization, and teamwork are critical to success. What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 1+ year in an administrative, facilities, or operations support role (hospitality or property management preferred)</li><li><b>Education:</b> High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s degree a plus)</li><li><b>Administrative Skills:</b> Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities</li><li><b>Technical Abilities:</b> Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems; experience with work order systems a plus</li><li><b>Communication:</b> Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li><b>Professional Traits:</b> Dependable, proactive, capable of working independently and within a team</li><li><b>Cultural Awareness:</b> Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment with respect and professionalism</li><li><b>Location Requirement:</b> Must be able to live and work on Mackinac Island year-round</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
