In this pivotal role, you'll support customers by managing appointments, maintaining accurate contact information, and building strong relationships&mdash;all while working in a fast-paced environment.  Required Skills:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional phone communication abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems (e.g., AS/400, ServiceNet, Microsoft Excel, Access, Savvion)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular, predictable attendance
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to Have Skills:

 <li>
 Basic knowledge of trucks and vehicle components
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in fleet or maintenance-related services
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Education and Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 College degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant experience in administrative or customer support roles within technical or fleet services
