We’re currently seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join our Headquarters team!
 
The HR Systems Analyst II is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the human capital management system, as well as supporting additional HR technology needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. It plays a key role in ensuring system efficiency and data accuracy across HR platforms. Challenges are approached with creativity, technical expertise, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
 
What You Will Do: 
System Administration: 
<ul>
<li>Configure, administer, and optimize HCM/HRIS systems across Core HR, WFM, Payroll, and Benefits modules to support key HR functions such as performance management, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and timekeeping.</li>
<li>Manage system access, roles, and organizational structures, ensuring proper permissions, background jobs, and module configurations are in place to support secure and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, perform audits and validations to ensure data integrity, and escalate as needed to maintain a seamless user experience.</li>
<li>Execute system upgrades, testing, and enhancement analysis, while documenting configurations, workflows, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and long-term system performance.</li>
</ul>
Collaborating with Internal Partners: 
<ul>
<li>Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to identify system issues between HCM/HRIS and other applications, collaborating for effective issue resolution.</li>
<li>Participate in cross-functional projects to support HR technology initiatives and process improvements.</li>
<li>Provide robust people data and reporting support to entire organization, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.</li>
<li>Assist with developing feeds, APIs, and integrations between HR systems and enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Train and assist end users and other HR teams and leaders. Provide screenshots and process information to develop learning materials as required.</li>

How You Will Shine: 
Education: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or 2+ years college-level education and 4+ years relevant professional experience with HRIS or HCM System.</li>
</ul>
Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a system or acting as system administrator with customer service responsibilities.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HCM/HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SuccessFactors. UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate to advanced Excel expertise and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret trends and provide actionable insights.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including HR partners and business leaders.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to improve processes and enhance user experience through system optimization and feedback integration.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge with SQL, XML, or other scripting/query languages.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations a plus.</li>

We’re currently seeking a Total Rewards Administrator to join our Headquarters team!
 
The Total Rewards Administrator is responsible for ensuring Mister’s total rewards processes, reports, compliance documentation and base data is well maintained. This individual is responsible for the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as our 401(k), Stock Administration and Compensation plans. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and creative with a positive approach to project management, problem solving, exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and committed to working with a winning team.
 
What You Will Do: 
Health & Welfare Benefits Administrative Support
 <ul>
<li>Administer all health and welfare benefits enrollment and administrative processes</li>
<li>Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other general questions.</li>
<li>Process invoicing, accruals, and healthcare reporting.</li>
</ul>
401(k) & Deferred Compensation Administrative Support
 <ul>
<li>401(k) administration including plan documentation, compliance, and auditing.</li>
<li>Respond to 401(k) and Deferred Compensation plan inquiries from managers and employees regarding enrollments, plan changes, and contribution amounts.</li>
</ul>
Stock Plan Administrative Support
 <ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records in Equity Edge Online and ensure data integrity.</li>
<li>Provide timely and courteous support to employees regarding equity related inquiries</li>
<li>Support ESPP administration including contribution files, changes and open enrollment assistance.</li>
<li>Prepare reports for compliance, leadership requests and year end reporting.</li>
<li>Support stock administration with grant processing and communications.</li>
</ul>
How You Will Shine: 
Education: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years).</li>
</ul>
Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., human resources, employee benefits administration, or payroll).</li>
<li>Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office; Dayforce experience is a huge plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Data analysis skillset to pull and analyze data, review invoices, and assess trends across functions to identify areas of opportunity</li>
