 </ul></div><div><div>We&rsquo;re looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician who enjoys meeting homeowners, diagnosing electrical issues, and helping them choose the best repair or upgrade option. This is a customer-facing advisor role &mdash; not heavy install work. Commission-based with strong earning potential.<br>

</div>Run scheduled service appointments (no cold calling)<br>

</li>Diagnose electrical issues and safety concerns<br>

</li>Build and present good/better/best options<br>

</li>Explain solutions clearly and confidently<br>

</li>Close jobs on-site or schedule installation with our production team<br>

</li>Follow Mister Sparky&rsquo;s standards for punctuality and professionalism<br>

</li>Create 5-star customer experiences every time<br>

</div><ul><li><b>Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)</b><br>
</li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record<br>

</li>Strong communication and people skills<br>
<li>
</li>Ability to work independently<br>

</li>Integrity &mdash; we educate customers, not pressure them<br>

</li>Comfortable with tablets/technology (Service Titan experience is a bonus)<br>
