The RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for someone to help us mine thousands of hours of raw footage and identify the moments that matter, the clips that connect with our audience, make people think, or just make them laugh. You&rsquo;ll work with CapCut to clip, caption, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our podcast.Who We AreWe&rsquo;re a small team building a coaching and media brand around real family moments, conversations, and life philosophy. Our organic content has hit over 50M+ views on Instagram. We&rsquo;re not polished. We&rsquo;re authentic.Who You AreYou know a good clip when you see one. You care about human connection and helping people find their purpose. You don&rsquo;t need to be a technical wizard basic CapCut skills are enough, and you&rsquo;ll learn more as you go.The RealityThis is 2-10 hours a week at the start, mostly remote. You&rsquo;ll be looking at a lot of short form &amp; long for video content. If you&rsquo;re not naturally drawn to spotting stories and humor, this might not click. But if you are and you&rsquo;re curious about coaching, media, and what we&rsquo;re building it&rsquo;s a real opportunity.What You GetPerformance bonuses based on clip performance.
