Primary Purpose: &middot; Maintain up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE board.&middot; Complete the entire syllabus of the designed batches well in time with full satisfaction of students.&middot; Conduct and organize the learning process/session in classroom.&middot; Proficient in teaching social science&middot; Developing questions for the purpose of assignments, practice questions, Test papers&middot; Treat children with dignity and respect.&middot; Be approachable to students and parents&middot; Promote maximum student participation and assist students in analyzing and improving methods and habits of study.&middot; Monitor students&rsquo; progress constantly and adjust the pace of work accordingly.&middot; Ensure that all children pay attention to the Lesson plan delivered.&middot; Enforce regulations concerning the students conduct and discipline and maintain appropriate standards for student behavior in the classroom and in the school premises.&middot; Enhance and implement teaching methodologies such as hands on learning activities, games, classroom discussions, documentaries, movies and mind maps.&middot; Be responsible for the emotional and physical wellbeing of every child.&middot; Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.Skills and Abilities: &middot; Strong knowledge of subject and ability to handle learners from middle school and secondary section.&middot; Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for grades 3rd to 5th and grades 6th to 8th.&middot; Be proactively involved in teaching students.&middot; Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.&middot; Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
