<div>Mitchell Hamline School of Law is seeking to hire a full-time Dispute Resolution Institute Program Administrator. This position provides administrative support to the Dispute Resolution Institute. Working with the Institute Director and Associate Director, this position supports the activities of the Institute including the creation and production of marketing and recruiting campaigns, coordinating events (such as CLEs, symposia, trainings, etc.), JD and non-JD certificate and course logistics management, DRI visiting faculty support, accounting functions and budget management support, and DRI Press administration. This position builds relationships with and provides support to students, faculty, adjuncts, alumni, guest speakers and field partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing and Recruitment<ul><li>
Lead marketing campaigns for all DRI programs, in coordination with DRI Director, DRI Associate Director and the Marketing and Communications team, including annual Highlights report, commercial ads, website and multimedia content; symposia materials, etc.</li><li>
Research, recommend and implement new marketing and recruitment strategies for study abroad and non-JD certificate programs.</li><li>
Update all DRI program information on website, as needed.</li><li>
May include posting information to Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn</li></ul>
Course and Program Support<ul><li>
First contact in providing assistance to prospective Institute students, current students, administration, faculty, and staff</li><li>
In collaboration with the Director and Associate Director, assist with coordinating course offerings and provide faculty and student support for all certificate programs,; DRI courses, both JD and non-JD; trainings, and other DRI offerings
</li><li>Assist with Certificate student admissions process</li><li>
Coordinate the logistics for courses and events, including visiting distinguished faculty flights, housing, car rental, etc.</li><li>
Distribute student communication regarding certificate and course acceptance, colloquia, program updates, upcoming opportunities, etc.</li><li>
Coordinate and process correspondence and mailings with students, faculty, and staff regarding the various Institute programs</li><li>
Maintain certificate student records and databases for all certificate programs</li><li>
DRI visiting faculty support</li></ul>
Event Management<ul><li>
Support and implement all aspects of planned events throughout the academic year (colloquia, symposia, trainings, etc.)
</li><li>Lead the day of event management</li><li>
Coordinate, flights, hotels, and ground transportation for event speakers.</li><li>
Process payments for any services and reimbursements, and create and submit invoices as needed</li><li>
Coordinate catering for all events</li></ul>
Record Keeping, Finance, and Database Maintenance<ul><li>
Responsible for overall coordination and maintenance of records for students accepted into DRI programs</li><li>
Maintain and update the Institute's filing and database systems (i.e., student records, mailing lists, etc.)</li><li>
Assist Associate Director with annual budget preparation and reconciling of budgets throughout the year</li><li>
Process and Reconcile p-card expenses</li><li>
Responsible for processing accounts receivable and payable</li><li>
Conduct initial audits for certificate student completion, both JD and non-JD</li></ul>
DRI Press<ul><li>
Responsible for reconciling DRI Press royalties received by DRI, for calculation of royalties to all authors and editors and for processing check requests and distribution of payments for authors and editors</li><li>
Order and distribute completed books to authors</li><li>
Responsible for check processing for royalties received by DRI</li></ul>
Other duties as assigned

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or a combination of equivalent education and work experience</li><li>
At least 3 years of varied, creative work experience that demonstrates ability to be an independent thinker and work well within a team
</li><li>Proficient word processing and software skills</li><li>
Experience in event management</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Additional years of experience</li></ul>
Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation range for this position is $25.50 - $31.25 hourly.
