 Join our healthcare team as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive primary care services in Westfield, WI.
 </li>
 <li>
 This full-time, onsite position involves a 36-hour work week with a focus on promoting health, preventing illness, and managing acute and chronic health issues.

 Candidates should have experience in a clinical setting and be adept in using electronic medical records.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin.
 </li>
 <li>
 Nationally Certified as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of one-year clinical experience in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current Certification in Basic Life Support for medical providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize needs and plan work accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master's degree (MSN) required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the healthcare industry and available patient resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in conducting physical exams and health-risk assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in educating and coaching patients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong risk management and compliance skills.
