 Excellent organizational skills

 Ability to maintain confidentiality
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpersonal skills

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Registered Nurse licensed in New York State
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience with behavioral health population
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in medical case management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong assessment and intervention skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in developing and implementing care plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interact with healthcare providers effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in crisis intervention
