Our team values mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth.Position DescriptionWe are seeking a newly licensed or early-career attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with limited experience who is eager to build a career in immigration law.The associate attorney will:<ul><li>Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS under attorney supervision.</li><li>Draft legal briefs, motions, and supporting documents.</li><li>Conduct client consultations and assist in case strategy development.</li><li>Manage a caseload with support from paralegals and staff.</li><li>Learn and apply changes in immigration law and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.</li><li>Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (North Carolina Bar preferred or willingness to sit for NC Bar exam).</li><li>Demonstrated interest in immigration law (prior immigration experience is helpful but not required).</li><li>Strong legal writing and research skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment with support and guidance.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive entry-level salary.</li><li>Health insurance.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>CLE reimbursement and mentoring support.</li><li>Opportunities for growth within the firm.</li></ul>How to ApplyTo apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and a short writing sample.
