This position is NOT attached to a specific client, but rather a position where you will collaborate seamlessly across Mitosis.Qualifications:<ul><li>Graphic and Digital Design Experience</li><li>Experience in designing digital display ad campaigns</li><li>Experience in desigining performant landing page designs</li><li>Experience in UI/UX and Navigation Design and Logic</li><li>Event Experience Design</li><li>Understanding of B2B Design systems</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of design principles and best practices</li><li>Digital advertising design and creation experience, static and motion</li><li>Experience in fluid, responsive email design</li><li>Experience in fluid responsive digital and web design experience</li><li>Deep understanding of color theory</li><li>Understanding of project management and ticketing systems</li><li>Ability to seamlessly collaborate across functions with technical and creative colleagues</li><li>Understanding of enterprise business systems, no need to manage, but a need to understand products like Chatbots, CRMs, Mailing Systems, Social Systems, and ERPs.</li><li>Ability to self-manage time, and time tracking</li><li>Experience and demonstration of proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco, InDesign, XD, Lightroom, Animate, PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Slack, Acrobat, Wordpress and MacOS Systems</li><li>Preferred experience in Unbounce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, Swipe Pages, Account Based Marketing Design Systems</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ideate and develop visual display ad campaigns</li><li>Ideate and develop visual designs for websites, microsites, landers, and ABM personalized campaign visuals</li><li>Develop branding and visual style guide design support</li><li>Ideate and develop unique, progressive, and contemporary visual designs for presentations, web, touch-interaction, and emails</li><li>Designs will need to incorporate a use of stock photography assets, proprietary photography assets, typographic elements, illustrative design elements, and full graphic executions</li></ul>This position will sit within the creative design team, reporting to the Director of Creative Services at Mitosis.Please supply a resume, compensation request, and portfolio when applying.
