<div>Title: Videographer/Visual Content Specialist 
Reports to: Marketing Manager 
Status: Full-time (salaried) 
Working Hours: 8am &ndash; 5pm 
Working Location: Hybrid (work-from-home / Rockmart, GA office) 
Purpose of Position: 
The Videographer and Visual Media Specialist is the primary visual creator for the Marketing Department. This role owns all video production, photography, motion graphics, and graphic design tasks. The position strengthens Miura&rsquo;s brand through clear, compelling visual storytelling across marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, digital platforms, training materials, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, hands-on visual communicator who can translate technical information into engaging content and support the department's strategic initiatives through high-quality visual media. 
The ideal candidate is a self-starting, hands-on creative who understands marketing, can translate technical subjects into engaging visual stories, and works comfortably in a fast-moving B2B industrial environment. This person will be joining a small, dynamic team with a relaxed positive atmosphere. 
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
Visual Brand Ownership<div><ul><li>
Serve as the department&rsquo;s lead creator for all visual media.</li><li>
Maintain and evolve Miura&rsquo;s visual identity across print, digital, and video applications.</li><li>
Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, web content, social media, internal materials, and sales tools.</li></ul></div> 
Video Production and Storytelling<div> 
<ul><li>
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Content Strategist from concept through final delivery.</li><li>
Produce, film, write, direct, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, internal communications, product promotion, case studies, social content, and training materials.</li><li>
Capture interviews, product demonstrations, process footage, facility tours, and event content.</li><li>
Shape footage into strong stories using editing, music, motion graphics, and text overlays.</li><li>
Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio equipment, tripods, stabilizers, and related production tools.</li><li>
Scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, and creative development.</li></ul></div> 
Photography<div> 
<ul><li>
Capture high-quality photography of products, facilities, people, and events.</li><li>
Edit, retouch, and prepare images for brochures, web, email, and internal communications.</li><li>
Maintain image quality and ensure consistent lighting and color profiles.</li></ul></div> 
Motion Graphics &amp; Animation<div> 
<ul><li>
Create animated elements for videos including titles, lower thirds, transitions, visual explanations, and logo animations.</li><li>
Develop technical explainers and graphics for product-focused and training content.</li><li>
Produce short-form animated assets for social media, digital advertising, and presentations.</li></ul></div> 
Cross-Platform Visual Content<div> 
<ul><li>
Produce optimized content for multiple distribution channels including website, social media, digital advertising, trade shows, internal training, and product materials.</li><li>
Edit assets in vertical, square, and landscape formats.</li><li>
Support layout, graphic design, and image editing as needed for broader campaigns.</li></ul></div> 
Graphic Design<div><ul><li>
Design brochures, presentations, flyers, digital ads, infographics, social graphics, and trade show visuals.</li><li>
Provide visual execution for campaigns, blog graphics, landing pages, and email content.</li><li>
Maintain high design standards with strong attention to detail.</li></ul></div>
Media Asset and Equipment Management<div><ul><li>
Organize and maintain all media archives including video footage, photography, project files, and brand assets.</li><li>
Develop and maintain naming conventions, storage systems, and version control processes.</li><li>
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, editing software, hard drives, and storage workflows.</li></ul></div>
Marketing Collaboration<div><ul><li>
Provide creative input during campaign planning and content development discussions.</li><li>
Support internal presentations and stakeholder reports through strong visual communication.</li><li>
Participate in special initiatives that support the goals of the Marketing Department and Miura.</li></ul></div> 
Position Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):
Technical Skills<ul><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.</li><li>
Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, lenses, composition, and audio recording.</li><li>
Experience managing full video projects from concept through delivery.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience editing both video and photography.</li><li>
A portfolio or reel showcasing previous work is required.</li></ul>
Marketing and Communication Skills<ul><li>
Ability to write scripts, develop storyboards, and communicate visual concepts clearly.</li><li>
Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.</li><li>
Professional communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external subject matter experts.</li></ul>

Education and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communication, Film, Media, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
Three to five years of experience in video production, multimedia design, and visual content creation.</li><li>
Experience in B2B or industrial marketing is preferred but not required.</li></ul> 
Physical Demands:<div><ul><li>
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs</li><li>
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, or handling equipment during shoots.</li><li>
Ability to travel for on-site interviews, customer case studies, facility filming, and occasional trade show support</li><li>
