 Job Description
 
 
 
 The Senior Workday Configuration and HRIS Analyst is the person who makes sure our People systems work the way they should: accurate, efficient, and easy for employees to use. You&rsquo;ll spend part of your time ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and part of your time improving on status quo: building new workflows, cleaning up data, and finding ways to make processes less manual and more scalable. We&rsquo;re looking for a Workday HR Analyst who can help us with employee inquiries, implementations, systems builds, and integrations - someone who can take business needs, translate them into system requirements, and deliver solutions that work. Under direction from the Senior Director, HRIS, you&rsquo;ll partner with cross-functional teams to bring new tools online, test changes, and make sure our systems talk to each other the way they should. You will work with partners to solve problems, and guide the rollout of new functionality. You&rsquo;ll train users, create documentation, and keep a close eye on data integrity so our team can make good decisions based on reliable information.

 Translate business needs into system requirements and deliver clean, scalable solutions that improve how we work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain integrations between Workday, ATS, compensation and payroll tools, to create smooth, accurate data flow across the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify manual, error-prone processes and lead automation projects that reduce administrative work and improve data accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own change management for system updates and new technology implementations by creating rollout plans, communications, and training that ensure a smooth transition and strong adoption.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular system audits, reconciliations, and testing to maintain accurate, compliant, and secure People data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and policies so they are easy to reference and update as we grow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on product releases, patches, and industry best practices, proactively recommending opportunities to improve system performance and internal workflows.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 HRIS Management and Technical Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as an administrator for Workday, including data entry and data maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot issues promptly, document resolutions, and implement preventative measures to avoid repeat problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain Workday dashboards and reports that give the People team, Finance, and leadership clear, actionable insights on headcount, hiring, attrition, compensation, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide expert support and training to People team members and managers, ensuring they are confident using systems and have what they need to be successful.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the library of job aids, process documentation, and knowledge base articles to enable self-service.

 Cross-Functional Partnership

 Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Data teams to ensure People systems integrate seamlessly with company infrastructure and support business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with People leadership to prioritize system enhancements and technology investments that enable us to scale effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with cross-functional partners to identify process gaps, test solutions, and implement improvements that make systems more efficient and user-friendly.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in IT or HR technology roles, ideally in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM including with configuration, maintenance, integration, and end-to-end implementations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a Matrixed environment and/or a multi-national company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data, including building reports and dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, with experience performing audits and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems with minimal direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and partner effectively with employees at all levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment, eager to continuously improve systems and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and recommend strategic, technology-driven solutions that scale.

 All Mixel, a Silvaco Company salary ranges are determined by role, level and geographic location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training and additional role-related considerations.
 
 
 Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of total compensation package, in addition to full range of medical, financial and other benefits.
