Job Overview:</b></div><div>
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <b>Staff Attorney/Law Clerk</b> to support our ADA litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to develop litigation skills and gain hands-on experience through close mentorship. The role will begin as a <b>3-6 month contract</b> with strong potential for long-term employment based on performance and team needs.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Negotiate settlement agreements with opposing counsel.</li><li>
Provide legal advice and updates to clients regarding their cases.</li><li>
Conduct thorough legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and regulations.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
1-2 years of litigation experience required.</li><li>
Admission to the New York Bar.</li><li>
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail.</li><li>
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.</li><li>
Professionalism, discretion, and empathy when interacting with clients.</li></ul></div>
