<li>Contribute to department as Junior Credit Analyst by assisting with credit analysis, research and loan execution functions</li>
<li>Primary purpose/responsibility are including, but not limited to:
<ul><li><div><ul><li>Being a part of credit analysis and execution team, support to Relationship Manager, Head of Team other team members and Managing Director with loan execution.</li>
<li>Assist with credit application preparation, internal credit systems input and attachment collation</li>
<li>Support execution and booking processes, including preparing monitoring systems and coordinating booking requests with Booking Office</li>
<li>Communicate well with relevant credit department in London.</li>
<li>Conduct strong / timely monitoring of credit worthiness in accordance with internal credit rating procedure
</li><li>Comply with various regulations related to banking business
</li><li>Comply with internal rules.</li>
<li>Take responsibility for any other ad-hoc job tasks to be requested by Head of Team, Managing Director or other team members.</li></ul></div></li><br>

The Credit Review Americas Division (CRAD) function operates as an independent Third Line of Defense (3LOD), separate from the credit approval process. CRAD provides senior management and the Board of Directors with objective, independent assessments of credit quality to ensure accurate risk ratings, adherence to policies and procedures, effective credit risk management, and compliance with regulatory expectations.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
We are seeking a Credit Review Officer with strong analytical experience across corporate borrowers and diverse industry sectors, including Structured Finance, Sponsor Finance, and High Yield. This role in completing the annual review plan by conducting independent credit reviews to ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures as well as adherence with regulatory guidelines.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively review and challenge obligor risk ratings and credit risk management weaknesses in the loan portfolio. The role requires the ability to communicate findings, both written and verbal, to CRAD senior leadership and the line of business.</b></h3><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Independent Credit Reviews</b></h3><ul><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Evaluate borrower credit condition through the assessment of historical and current financial performance, including base and stress-scenario financial projections as required.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Assess and validate the accuracy of internal risk ratings and U.S. regulatory classifications. Recommend and support rating adjustments, serving as an independent arbiter within the Credit Review function.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Assess compliance of credit decisions with internal lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk monitoring frameworks, including covenants, triggers, and ongoing oversight practices.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Prepare clear, well-supported review findings and escalate observations as appropriate.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Communicate effectively with Credit Review leadership and business line stakeholders, including constructive challenge of 1LOD and 2LOD perspectives.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Identify gaps and enhancement opportunities in credit risk management practices, policies, and procedures.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Perform quarterly continuous portfolio monitoring assessments to support early identification of emerging risks.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration required; advanced degree (MBA) and/or CFA preferred.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum 4+ years of credit risk, corporate banking, rating agency, regulatory, or consulting experience; formal credit training a plus.</b></h3></li><li><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The expected base salary ranges from $150,000.00. - $160,000.00.
