This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service skills while working in a lively, fast-paced setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care</li><li>Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items to enhance their experience</li><li>Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS system</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards</li><li>Ensure proper food handling and beverage service procedures are followed at all times</li><li>Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, including basic food safety and food handling practices</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with caf&eacute; experience preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers</li><li>Ability to prepare beverages quickly while maintaining quality standards</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Experience in beverage service, drink preparation, and food presentation techniques</li></ul>Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values energy, enthusiasm, and excellence in every cup served.
