<div><p>Our groundbreaking hospice and palliative care programs offer a significant difference when dealing with a life-limiting condition. We offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care.</p><p>
Overall responsibility for developing new referral relationship opportunities for perspective hospice patients; acting as a resource to these accounts and existing accounts in an assigned territory.</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with a minimum of five years&rsquo; experience in business development and /or marketing in a health organization or business.</li><li>
Experience in Hospice or Palliative Care preferred and experience in Account Management.</li><li>
Knowledge of COPs for Hospice and Palliative Care and reimbursement for Hospice desirable.</li><li>
New York State RN licensure.</li><li>
CHPN after first year of hire.</li></ul></div>
