Job Title:Social Media Marketing ExecutiveCompany:MK Brothers (A Multi-Domain Company in Electric Vehicles, Solar Energy, and Networking &amp; Wire Harness)Location:Patiala, Punjab (with capability to handle All-India operations)About MK Brothers:MK Brothers is a dynamic company operating across three major domains:<ul><li>Electric Vehicles (EV)</li><li>Solar Energy Solutions</li><li>Networking and Wire Harness Manufacturing</li></ul>We are expanding our digital presence and require a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Executive who can lead our social media, multimedia creation, and online collaboration efforts across all domains.Key Responsibilities:Content &amp; Multimedia Creation:<ul><li>Create daily multimedia content (images, videos, reels, graphics, product explainers) for all 3 divisions: EV, Solar, and Networking/Wire Harness.</li><li>Design and publish unique festival-specific creatives for major Indian and international occasions.</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media platforms.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Promotion:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.</li><li>Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.) and increase engagement across platforms.</li><li>Run targeted campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.</li><li>Execute viral marketing strategies and monitor campaign performance through analytics.</li></ul>Collaborations &amp; Outreach:<ul><li>Collaborate with bloggers, influencers, and online brands to expand brand reach and product visibility.</li><li>Develop partnerships with other businesses and brands for cross-promotional activities.</li><li>Handle collaborations with AI-based platforms and stay updated on the latest trends in digital and AI-powered marketing.</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Dealer Development:<ul><li>Generate and manage leads for dealer and distributor appointments pan-India.</li><li>Develop strategies to attract direct clients for all company divisions.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to bridge marketing and sales funnel.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:Educational Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Brand Management.</li><li>Proven experience in multimedia content creation and online marketing.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.</li><li>Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and online marketing strategies.</li><li>Ability to work with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.</li><li>Creative storyteller with strong communication and writing skills.</li><li>Ability to independently manage content lifecycle &ndash; ideation to execution.</li></ul>Personal Traits:<ul><li>Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated.</li><li>Capable of handling multi-projects within deadlines.</li><li>Strong ability to understand market trends and audience insights.</li></ul>Job Type:Full Time | On-SiteCompensation:Competitive salary package (to be discussed during interview)How to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated resume/portfolio to: Mkbmunshi23@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
